ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COUUISSION LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
ORDER
After January 1, 1971,.it shall be unlawful for any person (16 or more years of age) to retain any trout caught from any waters of the state, other than those waters covered by a put and take pay lake license, without first procuring a trout permit issued by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. This trout permit is not valid until it has been signed in ink by the person to whom issued. Any person who catches a trout and who does not possess a valid trout permit shall immediately return the trout to the water.
PENALTY: Resident: $10.00 - $100.00
Non-resident: $25.00 - $200.00
