32.13 CERTAIN EXOTIC FISH PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful to import, transport, or possess in this state any fish commonly known as snakehead (Family Channidae), walking catfish, stickleback, mexican banded tetra or piranha. These species may be possessed for display and educational purposes by written permit approved by the Chief of Fisheries.

PENALTY: $250.00 to $1,000.00.
