Rule 002.01.24-133 - 11.05 Adult Supervision During Special Youth Hunts Required

A. It is unlawful for any youth who has not successfully completed a hunter education course to participate in a youth hunt unless he or she is accompanied by an adult mentor at least 21years old. Adult mentors cannot possess a firearm or archery equipment for their hunting purposes during this hunt. Any person providing hunting assistance must possess a valid hunting license (Code 03.01).

B. It also is unlawful for the youth's parent or guardian to allow the youth to participate in any special youth hunt in violation of this regulation.
