Section R9-8-608 - Camping Shelter Management

A responsible party shall ensure that the following requirements are met:
1. A camping shelter is:
a. Clean and sanitary;
b. Ventilated by an openable window, air
conditioning, or other mechanical device; and
c. Maintained free from public health
nuisance and free from insect and vermin infestation.
2. Bedding and towels provided in a camping shelter are:
a. Maintained in
good-repair;
b. Clean and sanitary;
and
c. Kept free of ectoparasites
including bedbugs, lice, and mites.
