| Before 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast, if requested by parent or child |
| Between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. | At least one snack |
| Between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. | Lunch |
| Between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. | At least one snack |
| Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., if staying beyond 7:00 p.m. | Dinner |
| Between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., if staying beyond 9:00 p.m. | At least one snack |
