The Office of the Secretary of State publishes all Code Chapters on white paper (Supp. 01-4). This Chapter contains rules which were adopted, amended, repealed, or renumbered under an exemption from the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6), pursuant to Laws 1998, 5th Special Session, Chapter 1, section 55, as amended by Laws 1999, Chapter 299, section 39. Because this Chapter contains rules which are exempt from the regular rulemaking process, it is printed on blue paper. Title 7, Chapter 6, adopted by exempt rulemaking at 6 A.A.R. 597, effective April 30, 1999, filed in the Office of the Secretary of State January 13, 2000 (Supp. 00-1).
