A. Each ARC:
1. Shall meet at least annually in June and
elect a Chair and Secretary;
2.
Shall fill a vacancy that occurs in an officer position at the next ARC
meeting; and
3. May hold additional meetings:
a. As necessary to conduct the ARC's
business; and
b. If requested by
the Chair of the ARC, a majority of the ARC, or upon written request from two
members of the ARC.
B. An ARC shall conduct official business only when a quorum is present.
C. The vote of a majority of the ARC members present is required for ARC action.
