Section R4-6-201 - Board Meetings; Elections

A. The Board:
1. Shall meet at least annually in
June and elect the officers specified in A.R.S. §
32-3252(E);
2. Shall fill a vacancy that occurs in an
officer position at the next Board meeting; and
3. May hold additional
meetings:
a. As necessary to conduct the
Board's business; and
b. If
requested by the Chair, a majority of the Board members, or upon written
request from two Board members.
B. The Board shall conduct official business only when a quorum is present.
C. The vote of a majority of the Board members present is required for Board action.
