Section R4-46-203 - Application for Non-resident Temporary Licensure or Certification

A. To be eligible to obtain a non-resident temporary license or certificate, an individual shall:
B. To apply for a non-resident temporary license or certificate, an individual who meets the pre-requisites in subsection (A) shall submit:

The Director shall grant an extension of no more than 120 days to an individual to whom a non-resident temporary license or certificate has been issued if the individual provides written notice before the date specified in subsection (A)(3) that more time is needed to complete the assignment described in subsection (A)(3).
D. An appraiser to whom a non-resident temporary license or certificate has previously been issued may, if qualified under subsection (A), apply for another non-resident temporary license or certificate by complying with subsection (B), except the the applicant is not required to comply again with subsection (B)(3) unless the card has expired, or is suspended or cancelled.
E. The Director shall issue no more than 10 non-resident temporary licenses or certificates to an individual in any 12-month period.
