Article 1 - GENERAL
Section R4-33-102 - Board Officers

A. At its first annual meeting, the Board shall elect a president and vice-president.
B. The functions, duties, and limitations of these officers are as follows:
1. President. The president shall call and
preside at all Board meetings. The president shall act as chief officer of the
Board, appoint committees, and delegate authority to other members of the Board
as needed.
2. Vice-president. The
vice-president shall preside at Board meetings in the absence of the president
and may exercise all the powers and duties of the president in the absence of
the president.
C. Board officers serve for one year. A Board officer shall not serve more than two consecutive years in the same position.
