A. The Board may appoint an enforcement advisory committee that consists of seven members as follows:
1. Four members
representing the funeral industry, and
2. Three lay members that have no affiliation
with a funeral establishment or cemetery.
B. The enforcement advisory committee may:
1. Review and evaluate investigative matters
referred to it by the Board, and
2.
Make recommendations to the Board about the disposition of investigative
matters.
C. The Board may accept, reject, or modify the enforcement advisory committee's recommendations.
