Section R4-10-405 - Establishment Supervision

A. An establishment licensee shall designate an individual licensed under this Chapter as manager to directly supervise the Establishment during all hours of operation. If the establishment licensee has a personal license issued under Article 2 of this Chapter, the establishment licensee may directly supervise the establishment.
B. The establishment licensee or manager shall ensure:
1. Every
individual, whether an employee or independent contractor, who practices
barbering, cosmetology, aesthetics, hairstyling, nail technology, or eyelash
technology in the Establishment has a current license or registration issued by
the Board;
2. Each required
license, registration, and the most recent Board inspector's record are printed
and displayed in a manner visible to establishment clients; and
3. Each licensee and registrant complies with
all applicable provisions of A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 3 or 5, and this Chapter.
C. The Board shall hold The establishment licensee responsible for any violation of an applicable provision of A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 3 or 5, or this Chapter.
