Section R4-10-304 - Notification of Changes

A. a school licensee shall send written notice and updated information to the Board within 10 days if the school licensee:
1. Amends the
school catalog or school policies,
2. Stops offering a course or offers a new
course,
3. Appoints a new statutory
agent,
4. Changes the number of
instructional hours devoted to a course,
5. Changes the hours during which instruction
is provided,
6.
Changes the school supervisor,
7. Enters a new
contract regarding management of the school, or
8. Establishes an offsite training facility
in An establishment.
B. A change listed under R4-10-301 requires the school licensee to apply for a new license.
