The Board may appoint a committee of Arizona licensed veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians to assist the Board to prepare and administer examinations of applicants for veterinary technician certificates. An examination recommended by the examination committee is subject to the approval of the Board.

The following Section was amended under an exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 which means that the Department did not submit notice of this rulemaking to the Secretary of State's Office for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Department did not submit these rules to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council for review; the Department was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attorney General has not certified these rules.
