Chapter 13 - DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY - SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

The Office of the Secretary of State publishes all Chapters on white paper (Supp. 01-2). This Chapter contains rules which were adopted under an exemption from the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6) pursuant to A.R.S. § 49-701.01(C)(1) and (2). Exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 means that the Department did not submit these rules to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council for review; the Department did not submit notice of proposed rulemaking to the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; and the Department was not required to hold public hearings on these rules.
