Section R17-4-704 - Requirements for an HME

To receive an HME an applicant shall:
1. Possess a valid Arizona CDL,
2. Be at least 21 years of age,
3. Successfully complete all required testing under R17-4-705,
4. Pay all applicable fees under R17-4-706,
5. Make application to TSA for a Security Threat Assessment, and
6. Receive a Determination of No Security Threat from TSA.
