The Arizona Corporation Commission, by virtue of the powers in it vested under the Constitution and the laws of the state of Arizona, does hereby promulgate these Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Commission hereby repeals administrative rules and regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 1, also known as General Order 255 and does hereby adopt a new Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 1. The revised Rules of Practice and Procedure adopted herein shall be effective for all proceedings held by the Commission subsequent to January 1, 1976.
