Section R12-15-1007 - Reporting Requirements for Annual Account

A person required to file an annual account pursuant to A.R.S. § 45-468 shall account for water provided to the following classes of users:

1. Cities and towns,

2. Private water companies,

3. Irrigation districts,

4. Dairies,

5. Metal mining facilities,

6. Cattle feed lots,

7. Turf-related facilities,

8. Sand and gravel facilities,

9. Electrical power generation facilities,

10. Other industrial users.
