9 AAC 33.010 - Notice to attorney general of claim

(a) A state employee who is named as a defendant in a civil action or proceeding for money damages as a result of state employment shall deliver all of the papers served upon the employee, or copies of them, as provided in AS 09.50.253 no later than seven calendar days after receipt.

(b) Delivery to the attorney general must be to both the Juneau and Anchorage offices of the attorney general and may be made only by personal delivery or facsimile transmission. Delivery is complete on the date of receipt in the offices of the attorney general.
