(a) The department will pay for family planning services in accordance with 7 AAC 145.020 from a provider described in 7 AAC 110.230, not to exceed 85 percent of the amount determined under 7 AAC 145.050.
(b) The department will pay for laboratory services in accordance with the payment methodology identified in 7 AAC 145.460.
