To be considered a qualified mental retardation professional for purposes of 7 AAC 140.600 - 7 AAC 140.640, an individual must meet the standard for a qualified mental retardation professional set out in 42 C.F.R. 483.430(a), adopted by reference in 7 AAC 160.900.
