(a) A provider may only provide the 1115 waiver services listed in this chapter upon approval by the department under 7 AAC 136.020.
(b) A provider must update a recipient treatment plan under 7 AAC 135.130 before providing a new service listed in this chapter for a recipient who is currently receiving services under 7 AAC 70 and 7 AAC 135.
