Article 1 - Scope; Eligibility; Service Provision, Rates, and Authorization
7 AAC 138.010 - Recipient eligibility
Current through November 28, 2024
The following Medicaid-eligible recipients may receive services under this chapter:
(1) a child at least 12 years of age and under 18 years of age who may have a substance use disorder, or may be at risk to develop a substance use disorder as determined through a screening conducted according to 7 AAC 135.100;
(2) a youth at least 18 years of age and under 22 years of age who may have a substance use disorder or may be at risk to develop a substance use disorder as determined through a screening conducted according to 7 AAC 135.100.
(3) an adult who is diagnosed with a substance use disorder or is at risk of developing a substance use disorder as determined through a screening conducted according to 7 AAC 135.100.
