In this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1) "1115 waiver" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 160.990(b);
(2) "community behavioral health services provider" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 70.990;
(3) "substance use disorder treatment provider" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 70.990.
