Article 3 - Transportation and Accommodation Services
7 AAC 120.400 - Transportation provider enrollment

(1) enroll with the department as a provider of transportation or accommodation services in accordance with 7 AAC 105.210;

(2) if providing transportation or accommodation services out of state, be enrolled as a Medicaid provider of transportation or accommodation services in the jurisdiction services are provided; and

(3) hold all certificates and licenses required by law to perform the services.
