The department will not issue Medicaid benefits to an applicant under 7 AAC 100.002(b) (2)(B) until the department receives verification from the United States Social Security Administration of that individual's eligibility under 42 U.S.C. 1382 h(b) (sec. 1619(b) of the Social Security Act).
