Chapter 79 - Older Alaskans Pilot Project Grants
7 AAC 79.900 - Definitions

(1) "applicant" means a municipality, a nonprofit corporation, or an agency of the state or federal government which applies for a grant under this chapter;

(2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of health and social services;

(3) "division" means the division of adult and aging services;

(4) "grantee" means a municipality, a nonprofit corporation, or an agency of the state or federal government which is awarded a grant under this chapter;

(5) "municipality" means a first or second class borough or city, or a third class borough, incorporated under the laws of the state;

(6) "nonprofit corporation" means a corporation for which a certificate of incorporation has been issued under AS 10.20.161;
