7 AAC 78.110 - Notification of award
Current through November 28, 2024
(a) No later than 15 days after the commissioner makes a final grant award decision under 7 AAC 78.093, the department will send to the applicant a notice of
(b) No later than 15 days after receipt of a grant agreement, the grantee must sign the grant agreement to indicate acceptance of the terms set out in the agreement, and any revisions required under 7 AAC 78.093(c), and this chapter. The signed grant agreement is a contract between the department and the grantee.
