7 AAC 56.040 - Out of state agencies

(a) An out of state agency that is exempt from licensure as a child placement agency under 7 AAC 56.020 is not subject to the provisions of this section.
(b) An out of state agency that places two or fewer children a year into this state or from this state into another state or country may arrange for the placement or removal of a child in this state if the agency
(c) An agency licensed under this chapter may provide services for an out of state agency only if
(d) An out of state agency placing three or more children per year in this state is subject to the provisions of 7 AAC 56.010 - 7 AAC 56.990 and shall designate a child placing worker located in this state to serve as an agent for the out-of-state agency.
(e) In this section, "out of state agency" means a child placement agency that does not maintain an office in this state.
