7 AAC 52.375 - Contraband

(a) A resident may not make, use, or possess, or attempt to make, use, or possess any contraband without authorization from facility staff. Facility staff shall prevent the unauthorized manufacture, use, or possession of contraband.

(b) No person may introduce or attempt to introduce contraband into or upon the grounds of any juvenile correctional facility. No person may take or send or attempt to take or send contraband from a facility.

(c) A facility may designate articles, including money, clothing, toiletries, and linens that residents are permitted to possess, and articles that are not permitted. Articles that are not permitted may be confiscated.
