7 AAC 47.430 - Review of eligibility

(a) Upon receiving information as set out under 7 AAC 47.420 that indicates a change in an individual's situation that could affect the individual's eligibility or the amount of the individual's assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.535, the department will investigate the circumstances and determine whether to adjust, suspend, or terminate the individual's assistance.

(b) An individual who receives assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.535, or a responsible person acting on the individual's behalf, must complete an annual review application. The department may continue, adjust, suspend, or terminate the individual's assistance based on the individual's review application.

(c) Upon taking action under either (a) or (b) of this section, the department will provide notice as required by 7 AAC 49.060.
