7 AAC 45.523 - Maximum payment levels

(a) ATAP benefits under this chapter are subject to the following maximum payment levels:
(1) $821 for an assistance unit that includes
one caretaker relative and a dependent child, plus $102 for each additional
child and $102 for a second parent if the second parent is physically or
mentally unable to perform gainful activity as described in
7 AAC 45.235;
(2) $452 for a dependent child living in the
home of a non-needy relative, plus $102 for each additional dependent
child;
(3) $514 for a pregnant
woman.
