The regulations in this article which were repealed effective July 1, 1982, Register 82, have been replaced by regulations in 18 AAC 30, effective July 1, 1982, Register 82, pursuant to Executive Order 51, which transferred functions from the Department of Health and Social Services to the Department of Environmental Conservation.
