(a) A registrant shall maintain utilization logs for each x-ray machine used in industrial radiography that shows the following:
(1) a description, including make
and model number, of each machine;
(2) the identity of the radiographer to whom
the machine or device is assigned;
(3) locations of use and dates of use;
and
(4) the voltage, current, and
exposure time for each exposure.
(b) A utilization log must be retained for at least five years, or since the most recent inspection by the department, whichever is less.
