(a) A person may not construct, sell, lease, transfer, lend, or install medical or veterinary x-ray equipment or supplies used in connection with the equipment, unless the equipment and supplies, when properly installed and properly used, meet the requirements of 7 AAC 18.410 - 7 AAC 18.470.
(b) A registrant may not operate or permit the operation of medical or veterinary x-ray equipment unless the equipment and installation meet the applicable requirements of 7 AAC 18.410 - 7 AAC 18.590.
