7 AAC 18.370 - Notification of incident

(a) A registrant shall immediately notify the department by telephone or facsimile of an incident involving a source of ionizing radiation possessed by the registrant that may have caused or threatens to cause
(b) A registrant shall within 24 hours notify the department by telephone or facsimile and confirming letter of an incident involving a source of radiation possessed by the registrant that may have caused or threatens to cause
(c) A report filed with the department under this section must be prepared in a manner that the name of an individual who has received exposure to ionizing radiation is stated in a separate part of the report.
