6 AAC 90.990 - Definitions

In this chapter,
(1) "broadcast media" means radio, television, or cable network, whether the broadcast time is provided at no cost as a public service or is purchased;
(2) "governmental body" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.310(h);
(3) "meeting" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.310(h);
(4) "notice" means a notice under AS 44.62.190 regarding proposed regulations or under AS 44.62.310(e) regarding a public meeting of a governmental body of a state agency;
(5) "regulation" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.640;
(6) "state agency" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.640.
