6 AAC 25.216 - Withdrawal of write-in candidate

A write-in candidate may be withdrawn from the general election if written notice of the candidate's withdrawal from the general election or notice of the candidate's death or incapacity is received by the director not later than close of business on the 5th day before the date of the general election.
