6 AAC 25.028 - Automatic registration of permanent fund dividend applicants

Once it receives voter registration information from the Department of Revenue, the division will send opt-out notifications to those permanent fund dividend applicants whose signatures are available to the division and who are either eligible to register to vote or have provided information that would update their existing voter registration records. If an applicant does not respond to the notification, the division will register the applicant to vote or update the applicant's voter registration record.
