Most of the provisions of 5 AAC 81, repealed 7/5/85, were amended and recodified on a region-by-region basis in 5 AAC 78, 5 AAC 80, 5 AAC 83, 5 AAC 86, and 5 AAC 88. General and statewide provisions of 5 AAC 81 were amended and recodified at 5 AAC 92.
