In the personal use taking of salmon in the Kodiak Area,
(1) salmon may be taken only in the waters of Settler Cove west of 152º 50.80' W. long., including all fresh water below the falls of Crescent Creek;
(2) there is no closed season;
(3) there is no bag or possession limit; and
(4) salmon may be taken only by dip net.
