Article 1 - General
5 AAC 75.006 - Harvest record for finfish with an annual limit

(a) The following provisions regarding harvest records apply to taking and retaining finfish for which annual limits have been established in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75 or by emergency order:
(1) a nontransferable
harvest record is required and must be in the possession of each person taking
and retaining a finfish for which an annual limit has been established; for a
licensed angler, a harvest record appears on the angler's sport fishing
license; for an angler not required to have a sport fishing license, a harvest
record may be obtained, without charge, from department offices and fishing
license vendors;
(2) immediately
upon landing a finfish for which an annual limit has been established, the
angler shall enter the date, location (body of water fished), and species of
the catch on the harvest record;
(3) nothing in this section affects or
modifies a bag or possession limit for finfish specified in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75
or by an emergency order.
(b) A person obtaining a duplicate or additional sport fishing license or a duplicate or additional harvest record shall record on that form the information required by (a)(2) of this section for all finfish previously landed during that year that were subject to the harvest record reporting requirements of this section.
