5 AAC 67.024 - Harvest record required; annual limits (Repealed)

In Register 209, April 2014, the provisions of 5 AAC 67.024(a) and (b) were repealed because the substance of the harvest record provisions for king salmon appears in 5 AAC 75.006 and for shellfish appears in 5 AAC 75.016, which apply on a statewide basis, and the annual limit provisions for king salmon and the requirement for a shellfish harvest recording form appear in 5 AAC 67.020 and 5 AAC 67.022.

In Register 206, July 2013, the provisions of 5 AAC 67.024(c) were repealed because the substance of that subsection regarding annual limits and reporting requirements for sharks appears in the provisions of 5 AAC 75.012, which applies on a statewide basis.
