As of Register 179, October 2006, the substance of former 5 AAC 56.001 - 5 AAC 56.080 was moved to 5 AAC 56.101 - 5 AAC 56.195 and 5 AAC 57 to place the substance of the regulations in the proper location due to the regulations regarding the Kenai River drainage being relocated to 5 AAC 57, and to maintain continuity with the numbering in the reorganization of the sport fishing regulations for the Cook Inlet region in 5 AAC 56 - 5 AAC 62.
