(a) Razor clams may not be taken on the east side of Cook Inlet from the Kenai River to the end of the Homer Spit.
(b) Razor clams may not be taken from the Polly Creek certified beach (from Redoubt Point at 60º 17.25' N. lat., 152º 25' W. long., south to 60º 13' N. lat., 152º 34' W. long.) for any purpose other than for human consumption.
(c)
(1) The following waters are closed to the
commercial harvest of all calm and mussel species:
(A) Mallard Bay, enclosed by a line from
59º 40.10' N. lat., 151º 08.10' W. long. to 59º 40.70' N. lat.,
151º 07.20' W. long.;
(B)
Rusty's Lagoon, enclosed by a line from 59º 36.30' N. lat., 151º
11.30' W. long. to 59º 37.30' N. lat., 151º 11.70' W.
long.;
(C) Halibut Cove Lagoon,
enclosed by a line from 59º 35.10' N. lat., 151º 10.80' W. long. to
59º 35.10' N. lat., 151º 11.40' W. long.;
(D) the head of Sadie Cove, enclosed by a
line from 59º 27.90' N. lat., 151º 20.30' W. long. to 59º 27.90'
N. lat., 151º 21.30' W. long.;
(E) the head of Tutka Bay, enclosed by a line
from 59º 24.60' N. lat., 151º 17.80' W. long. to 59º 25.10' N.
lat., 151º 17.80' W. long.;
(F) waters of China Poot Bay east of a line
from 59º 33.90' N. lat., 151º 17.50' W. long. to 59º 33.40' N.
lat., 151º 17.50' W. long.;
(G) the intertidal beach along Shipwreck Cove
in China Poot Bay enclosed by a line from 59º 34.34' N. lat., 151º
18.11' W. long., to 59º 34.26' N. lat., 151º 17.96' W. long., to
59º 34.20' N. lat., 151º 17.94' W. long., to 59º 34.19' N. lat.,
151º 17.81' W. long., to 59º 34.13' N. lat., 151º 17.75' W.
long., to 59º 34.13' N. lat., 151º 17.77' W. long., to 59º
34.19' N. lat., 151º 17.96' W. long., to 59º 34.26' N. lat.,
151º 17.98' W. long., to 59º 34.33' N. lat., 151º 18.14' W.
long., as marked by ADF&G regulatory markers located in the upper
intertidal area;
(H) the intertidal
beach by Otter Rock in Peterson Bay enclosed by a line from 59º 34.78' N.
lat., 151º 17.84' W. long., to 59º 34.70' N. lat., 151º 17.68'
W. long., to 59º 34.79' N. lat., 151º 17.68' W. long., as marked by
ADF&G regulatory markers located in the upper intertidal area;
(2) The waters and intertidal
beaches of Bear Cove east of a line from a point on the mainland at 59º
43.37' N. lat., 151º 04.60' W. long. to a point on Bear Island at 59º
43.59' N. lat., 151º 04.20' W. long., and from 59º 43.76' N. lat.,
151º 04.05' W. long. on Bear Island to 59º 44.12' N. lat., 151º
02.90' W. long. on the mainland.
(d) Repealed 8/23/2009.
