5 AAC 38.221 - Guideline harvest range for the taking of scallops in Registration Area E

In Scallop Registration Area E, the guideline harvest range for weathervane scallops is 0 - 50,000 pounds of shucked scallop meat.

In accordance with the procedures adopted by the Board of Fisheries in 5 AAC 39.210, the board, at its March 14 - 28, 1994 meeting, approved without change, the commissioner of fish and game's adoption of 5 AAC 38.221, which took effect 6/27/93.
