A vessel used to take herring in the Prince William Sound Area during the period July 1 - February 28 may not be used to take herring in another registration area during that period and a vessel used to take herring in any other registration area during the period July 1 - February 28 may not be used to take herring in the Prince William Sound Area during that period.
