5 AAC 12.370 - Registration

In the Aleutian Islands Area, at least 48 hours before fishing, a commercial salmon permit holder for purse seine gear must register with the department the permit and the vessel that will be used in the commercial salmon fishery by contacting, by telephone, the local representative of the department at one of the following department offices and supplying all requested information:
(1) department office in Dutch Harbor;
(2) department office in Cold Bay;
(3) department office in Sand Point;
(4) repealed 7/1/2007.
For the purposes of registration under 5 AAC 12.370, the telephone numbers for the designated department offices are Dutch Harbor (907) 581-1219; Cold Bay (907) 532-2419; and Sand Point (907) 383-2066.
