(a) In addition to the requirements of 5 AAC 39.130, each buyer, or the buyer's agent, shall report to a local representative of the department before purchasing fish taken in the Norton Sound District.
(b) Each commercial salmon fisherman shall report, on a ADF&G fish ticket, the number of salmon taken but not sold.
