The Governor's Council on Disabilities and Special Education, established under AS 47.80.030-47.80.090, is the advisory panel under 20 U.S.C. 1400- 1482 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), and AS 14.30.231.
As of Register 123, October 1992, the regulations attorney corrected the name of the council referred to in 4 AAC 52.030 to reflect a statutory name change made by ch. 13, SLA 1992.
